Alliance Appoints CVHD Program Manager

Mario González

United States. Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance announced the hiring of Mario Gonzalez as Commercial Vehicle and Heavy Duty Program Manager (CVHD) effective October 1.

In this role, Gonzalez now manages the Alliance CVHD program and is the conduit for business partnerships with manufacturing channel partners, while supporting the efforts of Alliance CVHD distributor members. Gonzalez will report directly to Justin Hebert, Alliance's director of category management and CVHD.

"Mario González brings a strong experience in the industry and has proven to be an effective business facilitator," said Hébert.

"His job duties will involve direct interaction with heavy goods manufacturing channel partners, our heavy goods distributor members, and he will work with the Alliance's Information Technology and Sales and Marketing teams to drive the growth and strategic improvements of the CVHD program."

Gonzalez holds an associate degree from St. Philip's College in Automotive/Automotive Mechanics and most recently attended Northwood University's HD Leadership 2.0 class in July 2023.

The Alliance Commercial Vehicle & Heavy-Duty program launched in early 2022 and continues to grow in scope and membership.

"The Alliance CVHD program approach starts with unparalleled technology with a suite of IT tools related to inventory analysis, category management, distribution efficiencies and e-commerce," Alliance said.
