United States. With the aim of strengthening the professional development of women in the automotive aftermarket industry, the SEMA Businesswomen's Network (SBN) will hold a new edition of the Women's Leadership Forum.
This training program is specifically designed to address the challenges experienced by women in a sector historically dominated by men.
The Women's Leadership Forum 2026 will be held March 3-5, 2026, in San Diego, California, marking the event's return to the state after previous editions at other venues. The initiative seeks to offer practical tools for leadership, personal development and strengthening of executive presence, while promoting the creation of professional networks among women in the automotive aftermarket.
The program includes three days of activities, including keynote sessions, panels and breakout sessions given by specialists and industry leaders. Participants will be able to choose the sessions that best align with their interests, whether in professional leadership, communication, career management or personal growth.
According to SBN, the forum responds to common challenges faced by women in the workplace, such as getting their ideas heard, setting professional boundaries and developing a leadership voice in male-dominated organizations. In this context, the event is conceived as a safe space to share experiences, challenges and achievements, as well as to build long-term support networks.
In addition to training, the Women's Leadership Forum prioritizes networking in a closer format, with dynamics, collaborative activities and spaces designed to strengthen professional and personal relationships between attendees, promoting the creation of communities of support within the industry.
The SEMA Businesswomen's Network is an organization dedicated to representing and supporting the women who are part of SEMA, and leads initiatives such as mentoring programs, networking events, special projects, and content generation for the aftermarket community.
With this new edition of the Women's Leadership Forum, SBN reaffirms its commitment to promoting a more inclusive, diverse industry that is prepared for the leadership challenges facing the automotive sector in the coming years.
