China. With more than 1,500 confirmed exhibitors and an exhibition area of 80,000 m², the tenth edition of Auto Aftermarket Guangzhou (AAG) is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious to date.
The event will be held from August 27 to 29 at the Poly World Trade Expo Center (PWTC Expo), consolidating itself as an engine of innovation for the automotive industry in southern China and its integration with Southeast Asian markets.
In a decade, AAG has evolved from its inception in 2015 – when the growth of vehicle ownership and demand for customization were driving the boom in the aftermarket in southern China – to become a key meeting point for manufacturers, distributors and industry leaders. Its development has been closely linked to the regional integration strategy promoted by the Greater Bay Area initiative, which has promoted business cooperation and technological innovation.
Key trends and thematic areas will mark the 2025 edition
AAG 2025 will bring together manufacturers of auto parts, electronic solutions, customized services and commercial vehicles in seven halls, including Hall B1 for the first time. The event will have three special zones that reflect the main market trends:
- Spare Parts Zone (Hall 5): it will highlight components for engines and brakes, focused on improving maintenance efficiency and road safety.
- Commercial Vehicle Zone (Hall 6): Showcasing comprehensive solutions, from repair kits to custom configurations, in response to growing demand.
- UTS Personalization Hall (Hall 2): will offer interactive experiences and themed exhibits that celebrate automotive culture and new forms of customization.
In addition, AAG will maintain its commitment to digitalization, standardization and sustainable development, driving the dialogue on smart and personalized products in the aftermarket.
Collective strength of the sector: more than 1,500 exhibitors and advances in electric mobility
The Auto Parts and Electronics areas will be distributed in halls 1, 3, 5, 6 and B1, with the participation of leading companies such as eBay, GSP, Derke, Frey, DLZ, MTI Engine, Sumax, among others.
In parallel, the event will focus on the development of new energy vehicles (NEVs). Of particular note is the pavilion in the city of Longquan, in Zhejiang, which will bring together seven cutting-edge companies – such as Bogao, Sanqian, Santian and Oyadi – to present solutions in thermal management, intelligent suspension and lightweight components.
Halls 2 and 4 will be dedicated to automotive accessories, customisation and services, with brands such as Castrol Dongfeng, Aido, Meigao, Samton, XKE and Yuefu, fostering an environment for conversation on design trends, innovation and sustainability.
A celebration with a vision of the future
To commemorate its tenth anniversary, AAG is preparing a series of special activities that will combine history, art and interaction with attendees:
- AAG Historical Gallery: will exhibit the most important milestones since the founding of the event, through stages of collaboration, reconstruction and vision for the future.
- Artwork "Sustainability and Looking to the Future": created by artists with recycled car parts, it will be donated to a local institution for the training of professionals in the sector.
- Treasure Hunt: will invite attendees to discover new technologies and trends in the sector through thematic routes and special prizes.
In these ten years, AAG has established itself as a platform that promotes business collaboration, knowledge exchange and responsible development. Organized by Messe Frankfurt (Shanghai) Co Ltd and China National Machinery Industry International Co Ltd (Sinomachint), the fair will continue to drive the transformation of the automotive market from Guangzhou to the rest of China and the world.
