Women in Auto Care Announces 2024 Award Winners

United States. Women in Auto Care, a community of the Auto Care Association, annually presents awards in recognition of incredible contributions within the automotive industry.

Women in Auto Care announced the winners of its 2024 awards during the awards ceremony held at the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) in Las Vegas on Nov. 7, 2024.

Awards include: "Lifetime Achievement," "Outstanding Leadership," "Workshop Owner of the Year," "Woman of Excellence," "Ally of the Year," and "Champion of the Year."

Winners of the 2024 Women in Auto Care Awards:

  • Lifetime Achievement: Tina Hubbard, CEO, HDA Truck Pride
  • Notable Achievement: Sheila Sarkozi, Director of Growth and Industry Marketing, RepairPal
  • Shop Owner of the Year: Julie Holmes, Co-CEO, Virginia Tire & Auto
  • Woman of Excellence: Lauren McCullough, CEO & Co-Founder, Tromml
  • Woman of Excellence: Christine Mobley, Vice President of Talent and Belonging Management, Dorman Products
  • Woman of Excellence: Sarah Srock, Manager, Distribution Center, Highline Warren
  • Woman of Excellence: Jillian Weishaar, Education & Diversity & Inclusion Manager, Parts Authority
  • Partner of the Year: Parts Authority
  • Champion of the Year: Anna Gluck, Chief Human Resources Officer, Nexa Motion Group (NMG)
  • Lifetime Achievement: Tina Hubbard
  • Tina Hubbard is president and CEO of HDA Truck Pride, with a 35-year career in the aftermarket.
  • Notable Achievement: Sheila Sarkozi Sheila Sarkozi (formerly Stevens), Growth and Industry Marketing Manager at RepairPal, has a decade of experience in automotive marketing.
  • Shop Owner of the Year: Julie Holmes Julie Holmes, co-CEO of Virginia Tire & Auto, has been with the company for more than 15 years, committed to her parents' legacy.
  • Woman of excellence: Lauren McCullough Lauren McCullough, CEO of Tromml, leads this start-up that facilitates data-driven decision-making for auto parts businesses.
  • Woman of excellence: Christine Mobley Christine Mobley, vice president at Dorman Products, focuses on global talent strategies to attract and retain high-performing staff.
  • Woman of excellence: Sarah Srock Sarah Srock leads Highline Warren's distribution center in Texas, managing to implement innovations in automation with robots.
  • Woman of excellence: Jillian Weishaar Jillian Weishaar, manager of education and D&I at Parts Authority, has a background that includes education and diversity in major companies.
  • Ally of the Year: Parts Authority Parts Authority was recognized for its commitment to promoting an inclusive environment in the automotive industry.
  • Champion of the Year: Anna Gluck Anna Gluck, Chief Human Resources Officer at Nexa Motion Group (NMG), promotes a positive and engaging work culture in the industry.
