Special stem geometry achieves high pull-out forces

International. The Tripress Plus system from Arnold Umformtechnik GmbH & Co. KG brings a new quick-release technology.

This innovative system uses a special geometry on the shank to achieve exceptionally high pull-out forces when joining plastics, light metals and steel.

Designed with a triangular shank and strategically positioned locking threads, Tripress Plus allows you to quickly fasten fasteners, surpassing traditional adjustment screws in efficiency. Compared to conventional fasteners, it offers shorter assembly times, independence from preload forces and force-controlled pressure adjustment, resulting in more efficient production cycles, especially in the automotive and electronics industries.

Tripress Plus represents a geometrically improved version of the original Tripress system, standing out for its polygonal shank that incorporates a unique twist, obtained during the production process. This patented feature allows significantly higher forces to be transferred, making it easier to reduce size and weight in various industrial applications.

Tripress Plus quick fasteners can be integrated automatically, semi-automatically or by manual techniques, perfectly suited to applications in aluminium, copper, plastic and steel. Their versatility ranges from automotive and electronic components to electromobility systems, being ideal for assemblies without rotating elements, such as those used in circuit boards.

This advancement not only ensures a robust and durable hold, but also offers additional safety as it is tamper-proof. In addition, its design allows for quick and effective installation even in confined spaces, meeting the demands of modern industries in terms of efficiency and performance.

With the growing demand for advanced fastening solutions for light metals such as aluminium and copper, Arnold Umformtechnik is positioned as a leader in innovation, responding to the specific needs of sectors such as power electronics and electromobility.
