Armadora

Mexico. BMW Group Planta San Luis Potosí was recognized as the light vehicle assembler of 2023 with the National Automotive Industry Award, the highest award to assembly companies with production plants installed in Mexico, which is granted by Industria Nacional de Autopartes (INA).

The second edition of the award was held within the framework of the XXI International Congress of the Automotive Industry in Mexico (CIIAM), in which key actors, suppliers, customers and national and foreign government entities participated around trends, business opportunities and the future of the automotive sector in Mexico.

Roberto Manzo, vice president of assembly of BMW Group Plant San Luis Potosí, commented that for the German company it is a great honor to be recognized as the light vehicle assembler of the year in this edition.

Manzo assured that this is the result of the innovative design that characterizes the plant, the corporate strategy and a highly qualified and diverse work team.
