Gold Eagle Co. and Lubrication Specialties Inc. (LSI) Merge

Alianza

International. The two private manufacturers will operate as one now that Gold Eagle Co. has acquired LSI, creators of the popular brand 'Hot Shot's Secret'

Gold Eagle Co., an ISO 9001 certified family manufacturer, acquired Lubrication Specialties Inc. (LSI), based in Ohio. LSI manufactures several fuel and oil products for the automotive industry, including the highly rated Hot Shot's Secret brand line.

Gold Eagle Co. and LSI share a mutual belief in manufacturing high-quality, performance-enhancing products for private car consumers, heavy truck drivers, RV owners, motorsport enthusiasts, and more.

For example, the Hot Shot's Secret line has a trustpilot score of 4.8/5.0 based on 2640 verified customer reviews.

"LSI has always been dedicated to creating high-quality products, and it starts with how they approach research and development," said Gold Eagle Co. CEO Marc Blackman.

"They have an established record of identifying problems related to the engine, transmission and fuel system, and then develop cutting-edge chemistry to develop best-in-class solutions."

Currently, there are more than 50 products, including fuel and oil additives, special oils, coolants and fluids, that make up the Hot Shot's Secret line.

The brand has some of the highest performing lubricant products in America, a strong grassroots following in the diesel community, and has even earned the title of "The Diesel Experts" within the industry.

Gold Eagle Co. has the resources to expand Hot Shot's Secret to new distribution channels around the world. As a single operating unit, more customers will gain access to LSI's products, which have been shown to increase fuel economy, improve power, generate more torque and help drivers save thousands of dollars on engine repairs.

"I believe the combined entities will benefit both companies in many ways to further grow our business," Blackman said. "We have operational synergies that complement each other well, and each of us believes in a people-centered culture."

LSI CEO Chris Gabrelcik echoed a similar sentiment: "Gold Eagle will be a strong strategic partner that will help us scale to our full potential and allow us the freedom to continue making the best products money can buy."

"Together, we have the resources and operational bandwidth to make Hot Shot's Secret a household name, here and abroad," Gabrelcik said. "This is an exciting development for Lubrication Specialties Inc. and the Hot Shot's Secret brand, and we're all looking forward to the next chapter."

The strategic acquisition of LSI, including the Hot Shot's Secret product brand, was completed on July 1. Details of the agreement will not be publicly disclosed.
