United States. With the aim of strengthening its commitment to quality and service, KYB recently announced key changes to its team, including a new hire in the Product area and a strategic promotion in the Customer Service department.
Sean Fox joins KYB as a new product manager, bringing a strong technical and business background. A graduate of Indiana University and an MBA from Indiana State University, Fox was president and founder of For Fox Sake Offroad, a company that provided him with in-depth experience in automotive suspension control systems.
"I'm excited to be part of the KYB team and to work with a group that values accuracy and performance. With a background in product development, hands-on experience in the automotive and offroad sectors, and a strong foundation in business and design through my education, I look forward to bringing a practical and balanced perspective to the team," said Fox.
In his new role, he will be in charge of the KYB Shock Assembly product line, as well as the launch of new applications of the Excel-G, Gas-a-Just and MonoMax products.
On the other hand, Elissa Figueroa has been promoted to the position of logistics operations manager, after serving as customer service manager. In this new stage, Figueroa assumes additional responsibilities aimed at optimizing the company's operational efficiency.
"I will work with our Distribution Center to establish shipping guidelines that help reduce errors, resolve issues with carriers, and shorten turnaround times," Figueroa explained. "This expanded role enhances cross-departmental collaboration and overall operational efficiency, while continuing to support the customer experience."
Figueroa began her career at KYB in 2014 as a shipping coordinator and has demonstrated steady growth within the organization.
"Elissa's outstanding performance and contributions to KYB make her the perfect choice for this role. Sean's experience has already proven to be invaluable in the Product Department," said Andy Castleman, Director of Product and Marketing at KYB Americas. "We are happy to have both of them!"
