MUCAR launches the 892BT, its diagnostic tool with AI and global network of technicians

Canada. The MUCAR brand announced the official launch of the 892BT, its new automotive diagnostic tool that combines artificial intelligence with a global platform of technicians.

The device represents the next step in the development of advanced solutions for machine shops and diagnostic professionals.

With the 892BT, MUCAR aims to improve both accuracy and speed in automotive diagnostics, while creating a collaborative ecosystem between users around the world.

Three key new features

The new equipment introduces three outstanding features:

  • AI Diagnostic Engine: Optimizes fault identification faster and smarter.
  • Integrated community platform: allows real-time interaction between technicians from different countries.
  • Expanded features: Includes image management, Kindle-style document reader, and access to YouTube for training and technical content.

Since its founding in 2021, MUCAR has expanded its catalog with OBD2 readers and Bluetooth equipment. The 892BT not only strengthens that portfolio, but positions the brand as a key player in the smart diagnostics segment. Part of its identity is reflected in the "MUCAR Blue" (Hex: #365ABD), which, according to the brand, symbolizes continuous support, innovation, advanced technology and commitment to the customer.

The company also highlights its focus on R+D, with monthly updates and an agile response capacity to user needs. The 892BT is compatible with more than 140 vehicle brands and its features are updated up to three times a month.

"With the 892BT, diagnosis has never been easier," the company says in its official announcement, where it stresses that AI allows for reduced times, increased accuracy and a smoother user experience.

As automotive systems become more complex, tools like the 892BT are looking to stay ahead of industry demands. With a strategy focused on accessibility, community support and the use of emerging technologies, MUCAR hopes that its new solution will become a standard in workshops and service centers.
