AutoZone Supplier Summit Recognizes Top Suppliers

United States. AutoZone recognized 17 of its top suppliers at its annual Supplier Summit. The awards honor companies that delivered exceptional performance and demonstrated a strong commitment to customer satisfaction over the past year.

AutoZone awarded JK Fenner the 2024 Supplier of the Year Award, the highest honor for a company supplier. J.K. Fenner is a mechanical power transmission products company and was praised for providing exceptional customer service, prioritizing customers, and flawlessly executing its processes, while entering a new business at the request of AutoZone. JK Fenner invested in new tools and equipment, adopted new processes, increased its capacity, and began the production process to ensure products were ready and available to customers.

Seven suppliers were selected for the AutoZone Extra Miler award: Baofeng, Bearing-Tech, Encore, Gold, Highline Warren, True Parts Inc. and Valvoline. The Extra Miler Award honors those suppliers who "are unaffected by obstacles, go above and beyond what is required, are committed to phenomenal customer satisfaction, and consistently go above and beyond."

A new award, The Ray of Hope, was presented to Great Neck Saw Manufacturers, Inc. for taking an extra step in the community and its generous donation of tools and equipment to the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Memphis.

Reach Cooling was honored with the International Supplier of Excellence Award for its valuable insights into the international market, investments that enhanced AutoZone's ability to say Yes! We got him! and training programs that will enable AutoZoners to provide reliable advice globally.

Seven suppliers received AutoZone WITTDTJR® ("What It Takes to Get the Job Done Right") awards: hitt BRANDS, Motorcar Parts of America, Moveras, Robert Bosch, LLC, Stryten Energy, Technical Chemical Company and The NOCO Company. These suppliers put customers first by improving their experience, both in-store and online, through product innovations, catalog and packaging updates, and training investments.

"Our 2024 Supplier of the Year, JK Fenner, and all of the award winners from our Supplier Summit exemplified our promise and values. They worked together, created new solutions and helped AutoZone achieve its goals," said Bill Hackney, Executive Vice President of Marketing, Marketing and Supply Chain, Customer Satisfaction.
