United States. Spanesi Americas announced the appointment of Alex Stapleton as Director of Sales and Marketing for North America and Jeramy Holloway as Director of Aftersales.
These appointments are part of Spanesi's effort to strengthen its leadership team, enhance its service and support in Canada and the U.S., and fill the position of outgoing Chief Operating Officer Timothy Morgan, the company said.
Spanesi said the expansion of leadership will help direct its energy toward strengthening product offerings, refining service delivery and fostering relationships with both its valued clientele and its esteemed network of distributors throughout North America.
In addition, Holloway's recent appointment works well for Spanesi's collective vision, the company states. Spanesi hopes to leverage Holloway's expertise to improve its after-sales process and overall customer satisfaction.
