AAPEX 2024 to Welcome ATRA's Powertrain Expo

Expo

United States. AAPEX announced that the Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association (ATRA) Powertrain Expo, the world's largest gathering of transmission repair specialists, will be held at this year's event, Tuesday, Nov. 5 through Thursday, Nov. 7.

Powertrain Expo, organized by GEARS magazine, is an international trade show with approximately 100 exhibitors and hundreds of broadcast professionals who meet annually to compare products and services and learn about the newest technology impacting the broadcast industry.

It also includes state-of-the-art ATRA training to ensure attendees stay at the top of their profession.

"The Powertrain Expo at AAPEX will be an unparalleled showcase of innovation, expertise and cutting-edge technology in the automotive and powertrain sector. We're excited by the overwhelming enthusiasm, interest and engagement we've seen so far in what is shaping up to be a must-attend event with incredible networking and business opportunities," said Lance Wiggins, CEO of ATRA.

"We are thrilled to announce the addition of ATRA's Powertrain Expo to AAPEX 2024, marking an important milestone in our journey toward fostering a more integrated and collaborative automotive aftermarket industry," said Bill Hanvey, president and CEO of the Auto Care Association.

"By bringing all segments of the supply chain under one roof, we are not simply creating an event; We're building an ecosystem that fosters innovation, improves efficiency, and fosters unparalleled networking opportunities. This holistic approach benefits all participants, from manufacturers to distributors to repair professionals, by providing a comprehensive view of the latest trends, technologies and best practices," he added.

At AAPEX, the Powertrain Expo will be located in Joe's Garage, Level 1 of The Venetian Expo, and will be easily accessible through Hall G.

"We are thrilled to integrate Powertrain Expo into AAPEX and Joe's Garage, where the entire floor is dedicated to the cutting-edge needs of service and repair professionals, including those in the transmission repair sector," commented Paul McCarthy, president and CEO of MEMA.

"The addition of the Expo underscores AAPEX's role as a critical meeting point for our industry, offering a unique opportunity for professionals to come together, share ideas and collaboratively address the challenges and opportunities we all face," he said.

"It's more than just a trade show; It's where the future of auto service and repair begins to take shape. Together, we drive innovation, solve problems and set new standards of excellence."
