GM Announces New Leadership in Customer Service and Aftermarket

United States. General Motors announced the appointment of David Marsh as Vice President of Global Customer Care and Aftermarket (CCA), replacing Josh Tavel.

Tavel was recently named senior vice president of Energy Storage and Propulsion, R+D and Manufacturing Engineering.

Jennifer Goforth replaces Marsh as Executive Director of North American Sales, Service and Marketing after leading the Global Aftermarket Engineering and Service Operations organization.

Marsh has led CCA's North American sales, service and marketing since 2020. Prior to that, he served as General Manager of Field Operations in the U.S. and Director of Operations for Holden Service Parts in Australia. Marsh has over 30 years of experience in the aftermarket industry.

Goforth has led global aftermarket engineering and service operations since 2022. Prior to that, she served as Director of Global Aftermarket Mechanical Engineering.
