The two-component brake disc complements Meyle's range of brake components for the aftermarket.
According to Meyle, the brake disc offers maximum ride comfort and durability even in the harshest conditions.
The PD two-component brake disc has OE features such as precise adjustment, low compensation and reduced weight to save fuel and CO2. At the same time, the company says it offers the typical benefits of Meyle's PD line: high performance, driving comfort and sophisticated design, according to the company.
Durable corrosion protection without cumbersome degreasing and mounting in 99% of cases with a fixing bolt also make handling in the workshop efficient.
The two-component PD brake disc is ready to be implemented in the most common vehicle types from BMW and Mercedes, and many other models will soon follow, Meyle said.
