International. BBB Industries, an automotive aftermarket manufacturer, announced the acquisition of Inter-Turbo through its wholly-owned subsidiary Budweg Caliper A/S.
Terms of the deal were not announced. This acquisition further expands BBB's presence in Europe following that of Budweg in 2022 and several others across Europe since 2019.
Inter-Turbo is headquartered in Katowice, Poland, and sustainably manufactures turbochargers, injectors and diesel particulate filters (DPFs).
Founded in 2009 by Blazej Michalik and Marek Jasiok, Inter-Turbo services more than 16,000 turbocharger models as well as a wide range of injection systems. Operational excellence and product quality are primary performance metrics.
