United States. Kumho Tire plans to add distribution warehouses in Dallas, Texas and Franklin, Louisiana. The Dallas, Texas warehouse will begin operations in April 2023.
According to the company, the 400,000-square-foot Dallas facility will be able to accommodate 540,000 tires at full capacity.
"The strategically located warehouse will allow Kumho to operate with a higher level of efficiency to ensure customers receive elite service and access to the Kumho products they need," said President of Sales and Marketing Shawn Denlein.
The new warehouse will begin serving 15 states spread across the Midwest and South of the county.
Kumho said he is currently finalizing plans for his warehouse in Franklin, Louisana, about 100 miles west of New Orleans, which is scheduled to open in April 2026.
According to the company, the facility will be 350,000 square feet and will have the capacity to house up to 470,000 tires.
