United States. Safelite Group, a vehicle glass recalibration and services company and owner of Safelite AutoGlass, announced an agreement to acquire New Angle Glass ' automotive glass assets operating in the Boston, Massachusetts area. The deal closed on May 19, 2023.
"As we continue to grow and reach more customers, we are proud to provide the quality services they expect from Safelite," said Renee Cacchillo, president and CEO of Safelite Group.
"Our New Angle Glass team members will contribute to our future success and we are pleased to have them join us."
According to the companies, the combined businesses will work together to grow a successful, supportive business that offers vehicle glass repair, replacement and recalibration services to Massachusetts customers.
