Autel and Repairify Announce Agreement for Remote Diagnostics

United States. Repairify and Autel U.S . announced an exclusive long-term collaboration agreement for the delivery of Repairify's proprietary global OEM remote solutions for diagnostics.

Added to this are calibrations and programming through Autel's remotely capable products throughout North America.

As part of the agreement, Repairify will integrate its proprietary global remote programming, calibration and diagnostics solutions as a new service offering into a revised version of Autel's Remote Expert platform.

Repairify and Autel will jointly manage the platform which will now offer customers the option to use Repairify's certified and guaranteed OEM remote solutions, along with independent remote experts (vetted for their expertise) who are already serving the platform.

Launched in 2022, Autel's Remote Expert provides customers with on-site aftermarket scanning and access to remote OEM tools backed by experienced professionals.

Remote Expert is available through Autel MaxiSYS Ultra, Ultra EV, MS919, MS909 and MS909 EV diagnostic tablets. Remote Expert will also be extended to Autel's ADAS calibration systems.

According to the companies, the combination of the Repairify remote services solutions program with the Autel Remote Expert Platform delivers what auto repair professionals have been asking for for years: a seamless experience that delivers fast, accurate, certified and safe vehicle repairs with the choice of an aftermarket or OEM tool. support.
