Nissens, market manufacturer of most essential thermal, efficiency and emissions system components, today announced the appointment of Jeff Hansen as the new president of Nissens North America (NNA).
The announcement was made by NNA's current president, Peter Henry, who noted that Jeff Hansen's appointment went into effect on October 1, 2022. Mr. Hansen previously served at Nissens North America as Director of Sales.
Peter Henry will continue to work with Nissens North America part-time as an executive consultant to help expedite a successful and smooth management transition.
In making the announcement, he noted, "I am thrilled to be able to put the leadership of this fast-growing organization in the hands of someone with Jeff's experience and knowledge."
"Jeff is a results-focused leader with a strong background in strategic business development, plan execution and business strategy."
Commenting on his appointment, Hansen said, "I am honored to have been selected to lead Nissens' North American division. Prior to joining Nissens, Hansen spent several years at Valeo as Director of Aftermarket Sales for North America. Prior to Valeo, he served in various executive and sales management positions for several automotive aftermarket organizations serving the wholesale, retail, and fleet business segments.
Henry added, "Jeff is a strong leader and an ideal choice to continue the development of Nissens' business throughout the Americas. His extensive aftermarket experience will continue to strengthen Nissens' channel partnerships, expand new product segments and develop Nissens' strategic plan for the future. I am delighted to continue working together and ensure continuity in the business."
Additional additions
Nissens North America has also announced the addition of two new members to the team. Jordey Lacava, a hailer from WHI International, joined Nissens as catalog manager. Olivia Brinlee joined Nissens in a sales support and customer service role.
The addition of these team members will contribute to further development of children and the continued assimilation of the needs of the North American aftermarket.
