TPMS Manufacturers Hold Press Conference on Critical Issues at AAPEX

United States. To further promote their "Upgrade Your TPMS Tools!" campaign, the coalition of TPMS manufacturers, including ATEQ, Bartec TPMS, Continental , and Schrader, are hosting a press conference at the AAPEX 2023 Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The event, to be held at Joe's Garage (booth J9034), on November 1, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. PT, will feature representatives from each manufacturer discussing recent TPMS service issues that are severely impacting the nation's parts shops and retailers.

The press conference is open to anyone attending the AAPEX Show and will focus on the importance of technicians and workshops keeping their TPMS tool software up to date.

Having up-to-date software is absolutely essential with the introduction of the latest generation of TPMS sensors. By updating their TPMS tool software, technicians can prevent problems with the TPMS service and avoid unnecessary delays.

"This is a critical issue that is causing headaches for both shops and technicians, and shops are struggling to keep the TPMS service profitable, while parts professionals see warranty claims on TPMS sensors that are in perfect working order," added Anouré Fenstermaker, Marketing Communications Manager at Continental.

"The goal of this press conference is to educate the media and service professionals about this persistent concern and provide them with a platform to speak directly with manufacturers' experts," he said.
