Latin America. The Port of Miami, considered the gateway to the Americas, will have a guided tour with limited places for March 6 at 10 a.m. aimed at visitors and exhibitors of the AutoAmericas fair, just one day before the opening of the event.
The tour, which lasts approximately three hours, is thanks to the valuable management of the Colombian American Chamber of Commerce Miami, an organization that helps stimulate trade relations between Colombia and the United States, as well as the support of the firm Hernández y Abogados S.A.S., founded and directed by lawyer Francia Hernández. who is one of the speakers in charge of the opening of the academic program of AutoAméricas with her conference "Customs Challenges for the Export of Auto Parts".

For Hernandez, the auto parts sector is an important player for international trade, since the updating and replacement of a vehicle's parts require opportunity and immediacy in their supply. "In this sense, the Port of Miami plays a strategic role, as it is the gateway for this type of merchandise to and from Latin America and the Caribbean," he says.
At the same time, he highlights that "knowing the port operability, the security processes in the import and export procedures of goods will allow attendees to feel the reality in times and requirements of customs".
