Automotive parts recycler and reseller OEM, Fenix Parent LLC, operating as Fenix Parts, announced that it has completed the acquisition of Reno Auto Parts ' assets in Hillsboro, Ohio.
"We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Reno and are excited to add their experienced and talented team to the Fenix family," said Bill Stevens, Chief Executive Officer of Fenix Parts.
"This acquisition expands our distribution footprint to Cincinnati and Dayton and adds significant production capacity to our Midwest region that will drive incremental sales at our Columbus and Cleveland locations," Stevens added.
"I want to give a special welcome to the Reno team, we sincerely look forward to working with you," he said.
