Brake Hoses

The brake hoses mark JAFS product exclusively for export, they are manufactured with high machinability alloy steel tips. All inspection in the operation of the graphing is carried out 100%.

The JAFS brand brake hose consists of 3 layers of hardened vulcanized rubber and two layers of woven textile reinforcement.

According to the SAE J1401 standard, hydraulic brake hoses must comply with the following tests: Hydrostatic pressure test, constriction test, volumetric expansion, brake fluid compatibility. Test of tensile strength, hot impulse resistance, ozone resistance, cold bending, saline chamber and burst resistance.
