The [2023 SEMA Show](https://www.semashow.com/), the automotive trade show taking place Oct. 31-Nov. 3 in Las Vegas, will feature a new program designed to help women advance their careers in the aftermarket. SEMA's inaugural Women in Automotive Symposium will provide networking, mentoring and professional development opportunities that will provide attendees with invaluable new tools and essential skills. Supported by the SEMA Businesswomen's Network (SBN), this new program will include an inspiring keynote address, a powerful networking lunch and informal chat, a four-part microlearning workshop segment and a panel discussion delivered by iconic industry executives and strong leaders. It will be a unique opportunity for women in the automotive industry to come together and learn from each other's experiences. - Advertising - "This year's SEMA Women in Automotive Symposium is shaping up to be an innovative opportunity to prepare women to tackle challenges and overcome adversity," said Pamela Brown Matthis, SEMA's Director of Education.
