Fisher Auto Parts acquires Market Street Auto Parts

Acuerdo entre varios

United States. Fisher Auto Parts has acquired Market Street Auto Parts LLC. The deal was announced by Fisher Auto Parts area vice president Geoffrey Shifflett and Market Street Auto Partspresident Mark Keister.

The acquisition involves the location of Market Street Auto Parts in Jonestown, Pennsylvania.

Market Street Auto Parts has been serving North Lebanon County in Pennsylvania for over 16 years.

Market Street is a professional technician provider and maintains a steady base of retail and DIY clients. Quality parts, fast delivery, competitive pricing, along with experienced counter staff, have helped Market Street Auto Parts be very successful in the area, Fisher says.

As part of the transition, Keister will remain at Fisher Auto Parts in a customer service role, while Market Street Vice President Joe Kneevel will manage the store and Secretary-Treasurer George F. Maren will serve in an advisory role.

According to Maren, "with Fisher's strong inventory network and Market Street's 45 years of experience, we should become the powerhouse of Northern Lebanon County."
